How the sleeve is organized

The sleeve spans four degrees from 2° lower to 2° higher. STD LOFT and UPRT LIE are the two reference positions with ten notches between them.

Loft and face presentation move together

  • One notch higher is +0.75° loft and 1.5° more closed.
  • Two notches higher is +1.5° loft and 3° more closed.
  • HIGHER is +2° loft and 4° more closed.
  • Lower settings reverse those face-angle changes.

When UPRT is useful

UPRT keeps stated loft while moving lie up to 4° more upright. TaylorMade explains that this can move expected start direction toward the draw side without adding loft.

A model-data caution

The exact table here comes from TaylorMade’s official M6 guide. Current documentation confirms the same overall ±2° loft and up-to-4° upright range for the supported sleeve family.
